These terms govern your use of this website (mongz.co) and your contracting for the services of Mongez Media (operating as MONGZ), a company registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt with offices in Sheikh Zayed, Egypt and Dubai, UAE. By using the website or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide digital marketing, media and technology services as described on the website's services pages. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of each engagement are defined in a separate quotation, invoice or contract agreed with the client, which prevails over the general descriptions on the website.
2. Prices and payment
Our services are priced per custom quotation or invoice; the final amount due is always shown clearly on the payment page before you confirm. Payments are accepted in EGP, USD, EUR or GBP as stated on the invoice, and are processed through a licensed third-party payment gateway supervised by the Central Bank of Egypt. A payment is considered complete only upon confirmation from the payment provider. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Client obligations
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, for supplying the content, access and approvals needed to execute the services on time, and for ensuring that the materials they provide do not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws.
4. Intellectual property
Ownership of the final deliverables produced for the client transfers to the client upon full payment of all dues, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our internal tools, methodologies and know-how remain our property. The MONGZ name and logo and all website content are protected and may not be used without written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
Marketing results depend on factors beyond our control, including platform policies and market conditions; we do not guarantee specific results unless expressly stated in writing in the contract. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid for the service in dispute.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction provided by law.
